- Mark Dozier, CEO
Mr. Dozier brings over twenty-five years of government and private sector experience resulting in specialized knowledge of security programs, antiterrorism measures, emergency management and all-hazards training, exercise design and delivery, and preparedness and continuity planning. As the former Branch Chief, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, he also provides skilled input and program management to infrastructure protection projects, continuity requirements, personnel and physical security projects, and incident management/command. On a daily basis, Mark focuses on developing novel approaches to preparedness, helping Federal, state, and local government agencies, as well as private sector companies prepare for all-hazards incidents.
- Ivonne Cameron, COO
Ivonne Cameron is a management consultant, business executive and civic leader. Since 2005 she has provided consulting services focusing on risk management, capability assessments, emergency planning and disaster preparedness across healthcare facilities. She has developed numerous organizational disaster management programs and served client’s through strategic planning, process improvement, evaluation, quality control and change management. Ms. Cameron has coordinated supply chain management and deployed medical response teams for natural disasters such as Hurricane’s Katrina, Rita, the Haiti Earthquake and Hurricane Harvey. In addition to operations, Ivonne focuses on resiliency in preparedness, across countries and global healthcare markets for Critical Path Solutions clients, as well as, new and emerging markets.
- Sue Welch, Director of Training and Exercise
Ms. Welch brings over thirty-five years of government and private sector experience resulting in expert knowledge of all-hazards training, exercise design and delivery, continuity planning, curriculum development, and non-profit management. She has provided professional consultation to State and local government agencies on Continuity of Government, disaster planning, and can develop training curriculum on public health, police, and fire operations. Ms. Welch has managed Emergency Operations Center procedures during wildfires, HazMat incidents, and natural disasters. She also managed exercises involving the alternate site for the State of Idaho’s Emergency Relocation Group. She leads training, exercises and drills for the Critical Path Solutions team.
- Michael Taborn, Director of Safety, Security & Emergency Services
Mr. Taborn brings over 42 years of experience in safety, security and emergency services. He served 33 years with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) Metro Transit Police Department. He also worked for the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) Office of Safety and Security in several capacities and ultimately served as the Director of the Office of Safety and Security. Mr. Taborn participated in security assessments of Athens, Greece, Japan, China, and Korea to explore Rail/Transit Emergency Preparedness Procedures. He represented the Department of Transportation (DOT) at the White House Homeland Security Council as a member of the Emergency Scenario Working Group. As the Director of Emergency Services, Chief Taborn ensures that all Critical Path Solutions clients can prepare, respond and recover from incidents by focusing on the readiness of people and the protection of property and critical infrastructure; all while minimizing risk and ensuring the continuity of operations.
